If the Yatra is canceled by Nagarjuna Travels:

In the rare event that we have to cancel the Adi Kailash Yatra, we will promptly refund your entire booking amount.

If the Yatra is canceled by the participant:

If you choose to cancel your booking, the refund will be processed as follows:

• More than 30 days before the Yatra start date: 75% of the booking amount will be refunded.
• Between 15 to 30 days before the Yatra start date: 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
• Within 15 days of the Yatra start date: No refund will be provided.
