Guests are responsible for their belongings at all times. Nagarjuna Travels is not liable for any loss or misplacement of personal items left in vehicles, hotels, or other locations.
As per Government of India regulations, all Indian and foreign nationals must present valid identification at check-in. Acceptable ID proofs include a passport with a visa, voter ID card, or a current driver’s license with a photograph. Failure to provide valid identification may result in denied accommodation, for which Nagarjuna Travels holds no responsibility.
Many hotels provide extra mattresses instead of extra beds. Guests preferring an extra bed must inform us in advance to make necessary arrangements.
Guests are expected to be medically fit for the tour. Any pre-existing health conditions, allergies, or serious medical concerns must be communicated before booking. Nagarjuna Travels is not liable for medical emergencies arising during the tour.
Some hotels and resorts may not have elevators. Guests with mobility concerns must notify us in advance for suitable arrangements. Standard check-in time is 14:00 hrs, and check-out time is 11:00 hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Guests should contact hotels directly for complimentary early check-in or late checkout.
If meals are included, they will be served as per the hotel’s set menu. Any additional items outside the fixed menu will be chargeable. Some hotels may provide meal credit instead of a buffet in low-occupancy periods. Room service and food packing are charged separately.
In the event of a major vehicle breakdown, an alternate vehicle will be arranged at the earliest possible convenience. Minor mechanical issues will be addressed promptly. We request guests’ cooperation in such situations.
Nagarjuna Travels is not responsible for delays, alterations, or additional expenses caused by natural hazards, transport breakdowns, flight cancellations, bad weather, accidents, sickness, landslides, road blockades, political unrest, or similar situations beyond our control.
AC services will not be available in hill areas or when the vehicle is stationary.
Drivers will adhere to local traffic laws and safety regulations. They will not enter no-entry zones or narrow streets that may cause congestion. Standard driver service is for 12 hours per day; additional hours must be pre-arranged. For safety reasons, driving after sunset in certain hill areas and playing loud music is prohibited.
One pickup and drop location is included in the package. Additional pickup/drop locations must be specified before booking and may incur extra charges.
If guests wish to revisit a sightseeing location, they must inform us in advance, as some locations have high parking fees that are not included in the package.
Changes to the itinerary are not permitted without prior notice. Modified routes or destinations may result in additional charges.
Tour rates are subject to change based on fuel price fluctuations in India. If fuel prices increase by more than 5% from the time of booking, revised rates will apply, even for confirmed bookings.
At certain tourist destinations and hill stations, vehicle entry restrictions apply. Guests may need to arrange alternate transport at an additional cost. Parking areas may be located at a distance from sightseeing spots, and guests must reach these locations at their own expense.
Vehicles will cover sightseeing points included in the itinerary. Additional or off-route sightseeing must be discussed in advance. No refunds will be provided for missed sightseeing locations. Nearby sightseeing points should be covered in one visit.
No refunds for shortened stays or unused services. Cancellations due to factors beyond our control, such as bad weather, natural calamities, government actions, strikes, transport disruptions, or other operational issues, are non-refundable. Nagarjuna Travels is not responsible for any accident, injury, death, or theft during the tour. Management reserves the right to cancel any service without refund until full advance payment is received. Services may be modified without prior notice.
