Premium Himalayan journeys with local expertise.
Somewhere in the Kashmir Himalayas, at 3,888 metres above the world, Lord Shiva manifests every year as a column of pure ice inside a cave older than recorded history. Thousands of devotees call it their life's most sacred journey. Our 3-day Amarnath helicopter package via Baltal 2026 brings you there by the shortest, most direct route — Srinagar → Neelgrath Helipad → 8 minutes of flight → Panchtarni → 6 km to the Holy Cave. Baba Barfani awaits. And we take care of every detail so your only focus can be your darshan.
Limited leave. Zero compromises on darshan. Our Amarnath Yatra by helicopter from Baltal in 2026 is designed for devoted pilgrims who want to seek Baba Barfani's blessings in the most time-efficient way possible. In just 3 days and 2 nights, you fly from Srinagar to Baltal (Neelgrath helipad), board the helicopter to Panchtarni (7–10 minutes), complete your darshan at the divine cave at 3,888 metres, and return — all within a single yatra slot. SASB registration, CHC coordination, RFID card, helicopter tickets, accommodation, meals, and private transfers: everything is handled. You bring your faith. We bring the rest.
The Amarnath Cave Shrine stands at 3,888 metres (12,756 feet) in the Kashmir Himalayas, cradled by snow-covered peaks and reached by one of the most dramatic routes in all of India. Inside this ancient limestone cave — approximately 150 feet long and 100 feet wide — forms a wonder that science and devotion agree is extraordinary: the Swayambhu ice Shivling. Known to devotees as Baba Barfani — "the one made of ice" — this natural stalagmite of ice forms every year without any human intervention, as mineral-rich glacier water seeps through the cave ceiling, drips down, and freezes in the Himalayan cold. The Shivling waxes to its full height of 10–12 feet around Shravan Purnima (the July full moon) and gradually recedes as the season closes in August. Two smaller ice formations beside it represent Goddess Parvati and Lord Ganesha — the complete divine family of Shiva, appearing naturally in ice each year.
Age, health, or time constraints should never come between a devotee and Baba Barfani. Our Amarnath Yatra helicopter package from Baltal eliminates the 14-km steep Baltal trek entirely — replacing it with an 8-minute helicopter flight from Neelgrath to Panchtarni. From Panchtarni, just 6 km remains — by foot, pony, or palki. With private AC transfers, comfortable accommodation in Srinagar or Sonamarg, full meals, dedicated guide, and medical oxygen on route, this package is trusted by thousands of senior pilgrims, families, and first-time yatris every season.
