Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Nagarjuna Travels, we believe in complete transparency. Our cancellation and refund terms are clear, fixed, and the same across all pages of our website.

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation charges depend on how many days before your trip start date we receive your written cancellation email:

Days Before Trip Start Date You Get Back
More than 30 days before the trip 75% refund
Between 15 to 30 days before the trip 50% refund
Within 15 days of the trip start date No refund

Note: The cancellation date is the date we receive your written cancellation request by email. Verbal requests or WhatsApp messages alone are not accepted.

HOW TO CANCEL YOUR BOOKING:

We only accept cancellations in writing via email so that we have an official record of your request.

REFUND TIMELINE:

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7 to 14 working days from the date we receive your written cancellation email.

Note: Transaction fees charged by Razorpay or other payment gateways are not refundable.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS:

The following items are non-refundable once confirmed, regardless of when you cancel, because we pay these costs to third-party providers in advance on your behalf:

  • Government permits and inner line permits (once issued)
  • Helicopter bookings (once confirmed with operator)
  • Flight tickets (once purchased)
  • Hotel rooms that cannot be cancelled by the property

We will clearly mention which of these apply to your specific package on the package page and in your booking confirmation, BEFORE you make any payment.

WEATHER / GOVERNMENT ORDERS / NATURAL DISASTERS:

If your trip is cancelled due to reasons completely outside our control such as extreme weather, government travel ban, landslides, or natural disasters, we will first try to offer you an alternative travel date at no extra cost.

If an alternative date is not possible, we will provide:

  • A credit note valid for 12 months, OR
  • A partial refund after deducting costs already paid to hotels, transport, and permit providers on your behalf
