Day 1
Arrive Kathmandu
Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, where a representative will welcome you and transfer you to a 5-star hotel. Enjoy a vegetarian dinner and settle in for the night. The day's journey reaches a maximum elevation of 1400 meters, with comfortable accommodations on a sharing basis and a short exploration covering about 5 to 10 kilometers.

Day 2
Kathmandu Sightseeing and Flight to Nepalgunj
After breakfast, visit the sacred Pashupatinath Temple, Jal Narayan Temple, and Guheshwari Temple. Later, transfer to the domestic terminal for a flight to Nepalgunj. At Nepalgunj, meet fellow travelers from Lucknow and attend a briefing on the journey. The maximum elevation here is 152 meters, and the day’s travel spans 522 kilometers by flight, taking around an hour. Overnight in a 4-star hotel.

Nepalgunj to Simikot Flight
Take an early morning flight to Simikot, with flight times potentially varying due to weather conditions. On arrival at Simikot, which sits at 2910 meters, transfer to a guesthouse for rest and acclimatization. Covering 297 kilometers by flight, the journey takes approximately 45 minutes.

Day 4
Helicopter to Hilsa, Drive to Taklakot
Board a helicopter to Hilsa, cross the border bridge on foot, and complete immigration formalities before continuing by bus to Taklakot in Tibet. As you reach elevations of up to 4025 meters, this day focuses heavily on acclimatization. The distance covered includes a 25-minute helicopter ride and 22 kilometers by road.

Day 5
Acclimatization Day at Taklakot
Take a full day to acclimatize at Taklakot, with the option to explore the local market or rest in preparation for the higher altitudes at Mansarovar. Elevation remains at 4025 meters, and no significant distance is covered today.

Day 6
Taklakot to Lake Mansarovar
Travel to Lake Mansarovar, stopping briefly at Rakshas Tal, also known as "Ravan Taal," for scenic views of Mount Kailash. At Lake Mansarovar, at an elevation of 4590 meters, pilgrims can perform rituals, take a holy bath, and enjoy meditation. The day's travel includes 70 kilometers to Chiu Gompa and a 90-kilometer parikrama of Mansarovar by bus. Overnight stay is in a dormitory-style guesthouse.

1st Day Parikrama - Trek to Dirapuk
After breakfast, drive to Darchen, the base camp for Kailash Parikrama, before starting the 13-kilometer trek to Dirapuk, ascending to 5210 meters. Admire the stunning north face of Mount Kailash along the way. Distance covered today includes a 35-kilometer drive followed by the trek.

2nd Day Parikrama - Trek to Zuthulpuk via Dolma La Pass
Today’s trek is the most challenging as you ascend to Dolma La Pass, the journey's highest point at 5630 meters, and then descend to Gauri Kund, trekking onward to Zuthulpuk. The total distance trekked today is 19 kilometers.

Day 9
Final Trek to Darchen, Drive to Taklakot
After breakfast, explore nearby temples and caves before completing the final 6 kilometers of the trek back to Darchen. Rejoin the group for the road journey back to Taklakot, where you'll stay the night at an elevation of 4575 meters, covering 110 kilometers by road in about 3 hours.

Taklakot to Nepalgunj via Simikot, Continue to Kathmandu
Cross the China-Nepal border, return by helicopter to Simikot, and catch connecting flights to Nepalgunj and then Kathmandu.

Departure from Kathmandu
Transfer to the airport for your onward journey, concluding the yatra.
