  • Day 1
    Delhi – Lucknow (By Flight) – Drive to Nepalgunj

  • Day 2
    Fly from Nepalgunj to Simikot
    Start your day early with a breathtaking mountain flight from Nepalgunj to Simikot, the gateway to Kailash. The flight duration is around 50 minutes and depends on clear weather. On arrival, relax and acclimatize to the higher altitude while enjoying views of the remote Himalayan landscapes. All meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—will be served at your guesthouse, located at an altitude of 2910m.
  • Day 3
    Helicopter to Hilsa – Drive to Taklakot (Tibet)
    After breakfast, take a scenic helicopter ride from Simikot to Hilsa, located on the Nepal-China border. Cross the suspension bridge, complete immigration formalities, and proceed to Taklakot (Purang) in Tibet. The drive offers magnificent mountain views and marks your entry into the Tibetan plateau. Enjoy freshly prepared meals and spend the night at a comfortable hotel in Taklakot situated at 4025m altitude.
  • Day 4
    Acclimatization at Taklakot
    Spend a full day in Taklakot for acclimatization to the high-altitude environment of Tibet.   • Day 5
    Taklakot to Lake Mansarovar via Rakshas Tal
    Embark on a divine drive towards Lake Mansarovar, one of the holiest lakes in Asia, with a brief stop at Rakshas Tal, the mythical lake associated with Ravana. As you approach Mansarovar, behold your first darshan of Mount Kailash, a moment of deep spiritual awakening.   • Day 6
    1st Day of Kailash Parikrama – Trek to Dirapuk (12 km)
    After breakfast, drive to Yam Dwar, the symbolic gateway to Moksha, and begin your 12 km trek to Dirapuk. The path runs through stunning landscapes, with the mighty North Face of Mount Kailash constantly in view. The trek is moderate but spiritually intense, offering moments of silence and devotion. Enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner during the day, and stay overnight at a guesthouse in Dirapuk at 5210m altitude.
  • Day 7
    2nd Day of Parikrama – Trek to Zuthulpuk via Dolma La Pass
    Wake up early to witness the golden rays of the sun illuminating Mount Kailash. Today’s trek covers 22 km and is the most challenging part of the Parikrama. Cross the sacred Dolma La Pass (5630m), the highest point of the journey, and stop briefly at Shiva Tsal and Gauri Kund before descending to Zuthulpuk. Relish your meals and rest at the guesthouse located at an altitude of 5630m.
  • Day 8
    3rd Day of Parikrama – Trek to Darchen, Drive to Taklakot
    Conclude your holy Parikrama with a short 6 km walk to Chongdo, where your vehicles will be waiting. Rejoin your group at Darchen and drive back to Taklakot.
